Happy Friday or in other countries, Happy Saturday! How are y'all doing today? I hope and pray that everyone is doing okay and well! Whatever y'all are facing, I'm here for y'all, always! In this blog episode, I will be talking about if I could pick 3 things that stood out to me when I was 27, what would those things be? Why did those things stood out to me? What makes this birthday different? Why does this birthday so different?
What makes this birthday different? I think what makes this birthday different is that I am a fiancée which is so crazy to say! I never thought or even pictured as myself as a fiancée but I am and I love being with the man that I love so much! He supports me through everything to my blogs to my tiktoks to everything else that I do and I couldn't thank God for him! Why does this birthday so different? The reason why this birthday is so different is because last year, I was a girlfriend and then, on my birthday weekend, I became a fiancée which is mind blown to me but I am so happy to be spending the rest of my life with the man that I love so much! I feel so blessed! I feel so blessed to have the support from my church family, my parents, and so many more people! I can't wait to spend the rest of life with the man that I love!
3 things that stood out to me when I was 27!!
If I could pick 3 things that stood out to me when I was 27, what would those things me? The 1st thing that stood out to me when I was 27 was some friends where never my friends! I realized that the people who said they were my "friends" weren't and they lied to me! When I noticed that those people weren't my real friends, it hurt a lot but it made me a stronger person! The 2nd thing that stood out to me when I was 27 was I was going to be someone's wife! I remembered on my birthday, my boyfriend became my fiancé and it was the best day ever! Thinking about a wedding and everything, I couldn't believe it! I couldn't believe I would be someone's wife! The 3rd and final thing that stood out to me when I was 27 was the amount of support and love that I still get through my blogs and tiktoks! No matter what, people still support me when it comes to my blogs and tiktoks and it meant so much to me! I'm so thankful for those people who have supported throughout the years and still supporting me!
Why?
Why did those things stood out to me? The 1st thing that stood out to me when I was 27 was some friends where never my friends and the reason why it stood to me because people would say "I am always there for you, no matter what" but they would never show up for me and for awhile, it hurt me but it made me stronger because the ones who showed up for me, it meant a lot to me and I am so blessed to have those people in my life! The 2nd thing that stood out to me when I was 27 was I was going to be someone's wife and the 2nd reason why it stood out to me was because I never pictured myself as being a wife and here I am almost a year later (a year on Monday) since my fiancé proposed to me and I am planning a wedding! I am excited to be with him forever and I am excited to see where God will take us! The 3rd and final thing that stood out to me when I was 27 was the amount of support and love that I still get through my blogs and tiktoks and the reason why it stood out to me because when people show their love and support through my blogs and tiktoks, it shows me who loves me and who cares about me! It gives me that reminder how much people do love and care about me and it means a lot!
Changed in my life?
What has changed in my life? I think one of things that has changed in my life is I love reading my Bible more than anything! When I read my Bible, I feel safe and I know that God is leading me through his word! God's word has always kept me safe! I would say the 2nd thing has changed is I don't curse as much as I used to! I don't believe in cursing and I hate curse words! I think they are ugly and not pretty! The 3rd and final thing that has changed is I learned how to stop expecting things from people who don't care about me! I have stopped expecting things from people who don't care about me and after I did that, I felt so much better!
Why?
Why did those things changed in my life? The 1st thing that changed in my life is I love reading my Bible more than anything and the reason why that has changed is because when I read my Bible, I feel so safe and when I read a different book, I don't feel as safe as when I read my Bible and that is straight up facts! I love starting my day with God's word and I also love ending my evening with God's word! I love it so much! The 2nd thing that has changed is I don't curse as much as I used to and the 2nd reason why it changed because when I got saved, I learned to watch my mouth despite with the people who are so mean and ugly, I would watch my mouth because God doesn't like ugly words and I always watch my mouth with what I say! The 3rd and final thing that changed in my life is I learned hot to stop expecting things from people who don't care about me and the reason why that has changed is because when people tell me "I am here for you" but don't show up for me at all, I stopped expecting stuff from them! I don't expect them from a lot of people and I am okay with that!!

In closing, Happy 28th birthday to me! I am proud of where I am at with my life! I have grown up a lot and yes, I went through trials and tribulations, but with God, I got through it! I got through it because God pulled me out of it! God helped me through it all! I am thankful for the amount of love and support that I have received from my family and friends throughout the years! I am blessed to be where I am at with my life! I realized I never needed those friends, I am going to be someone's wife, and the amount of support that I get for my blogs and tiktoks and I am happy with all of that! What is next for Brandee? Well, what is next for me is just being who I am and let God take the reigns because I trust in God! My tip of the day is If you have a dream, go for it! Don't let anyone stop you! I love y'all!

Today, we are celebrating a milestone in life and to be honest, I am proud of where I am at today! I am proud of who I am because God made me the way I am! I am realizing that I never needed those people who were I thought my "friends"! I am happy to be someone's wife!! I am happy to receive the love and support from my friends and family through my blogs and tiktoks! Everyone's love and support means a lot to me and I want to thank everyone for that! Cheers to 28 and feeling blessed each day! Thank you, God for life! For today's quote of the day, it is by Bang Chan and it says "I know sometimes it's hard to love yourself... but I'll love you until you can". -Bang Chan! I know that it is hard to love yourself at times but find people who will love you until you can because that is so important!
