Intro to my blog! 

Hello, my Blogger Dreamers! It's your girl, Brandee here with another blog episode! Yes, I changed my name of my fandom. I am not going to go into depth about why I changed my name of my fandom because I am saving it for another blog episode which is for next month's blog episode so stay tuned! How's everyone doing today? I hope everyone is doing well and amazing and if not, that's okay because you are going to get through whatever you are going through. Everyone is strong and amazing! Never forget that! I love y'all! Happy Friday or in other countries, Happy Saturday! On Wednesday's blog episode, I talked about my future book! Just thinking about my future book makes me really excited! I can't wait to start working on my future book in the future and I can't wait for everyone to read it! I'm excited! On today's blog episode, I will be talking about my workout routine and why did I started working out? Not only I would be talking about that, I will also be talking about since I started working out, what of drinks don't I drink? Why don't I drink those type of drinks? What is my workout routine? Why do I do those type of workouts? What is my main reason why I started working out? If I have any advice about working out or eating and drinking healthier, what is my advice? Why would I give that advice? Who is ready for a new blog episode? I know that I am! Let's get started with a new blog! Shall we? We shall!! 

Talking about my struggle with weight loss! Why was it a struggle for me to loose weight? 

Growing up and going through school, I have always struggled with my weight! At school, people would talk behind my back and calling me "fat". It was very hurtful. I had a hard time loosing weight and it was hard on me. The kids at school were so mean and it was so horrible. I didn't like that at all. Why was it a struggle for me to loose weight? The reason why it was a struggle for me to loose weight is because I would eat a lot at dinner and at dinner, I would eat at least 2 plates but I don't do it anymore. I will do it on an occasion but other than that, I don't do that anymore and I am very proud of myself. I would also drink sodas as well before my weight lost journey. I would drink nothing but sodas but not anymore. When I go to restaurants, I would drink sodas but I would drink water and I am very proud of myself for that. People can be so mean when it comes to bullying especially when it comes to someone's weight. It is not nice to pick on someone who is struggling with their weight and it was hard for me to loose weight but now, I am loosing weight and I am very proud of myself!!

Since I started working out, what kind of drinks don't I drink? Why don't I drink those type of drinks?

Since I started working out, what kind of drinks don't I drink? The drinks that I don't drink is soda! Another drink that I don't drink that much but maybe one or two glasses is kool aid. I drink maybe one or two glasses of kool aid every once awhile or if we don't have water. I rather drink water than kool aid because I am a water type of a girl now and I love water with those powder packets to make the water taste good. Why don't I drink those type of drinks? The reason why I don't drink those type of drinks is because I remember one time, my dad snitched on me for drinking soda and my older sister, Brandy got onto me and since then, I don't drink sodas anymore only if I go to a fast food restaurant or an actual restaurant but when I go to an actual restaurant, I get water as well. These days, I prefer water over anything! The second and final reason why I only drink one or two glasses of kool aid is because I don't mind kool aid every once a while but drinking it every single day can be so annoying at times; so, that is why I cut down on the kool aid and I don't care to make it at times. I rather water than kool aid. I think water is better than kool aid. That is my own opinion. 

What is my workout routine? Why do I do those type of workouts?

My workout routine is I do these workout dances where you can dance to them and you follow them while doing it. I do cardio dance workouts and I also do workouts for my arms and my legs as well. I absolutely love these dance workouts because there is Kpop dance workouts which I love so much! I'm that type of a girl who loves Kpop music and there isn't a better way to workout to a Kpop workout dance video. I love doing those videos a lot! They are so fun but also intense as well, They are so worth doing though!! Why do I do those type of workouts? The reason why I do those type of workouts is because to get muscle in my arms and to loose weight as well. I want to loose weight in my arms and my stomach as well. I love doing the cardio dance workouts and I love working out my arms! To me, they are really fun and I enjoy doing them a lot! I'm not going to lie though, I have been slacking off a lot and I feel bad for slacking off but I am going to get back into them. I did it yesterday and it was good! I am going to continue to do it today and pretty much everyday! I love staying in shape because it is worth staying in shape and I want to be to breathe and not loose my breathe every few minutes!! 

What is my main reason why I started working out?

The main reason why I started working out is because I was tired of being big! I was tired of loosing breath and being out of shape. It was hard for me and I was unhappy!! I wasn't eating enough of fruits and vegetables. I had to change the way I eat and not only that, I also had to change the way I think because if I had a negative mindset, then I am going to think negative all the time and I can't think negative like that. I also had to cut the people who were giving me negative vibes as well and now, it less stressful. I also cut out sodas which is nice because I don't care about sodas anymore. Sodas are bad for you! It's okay to have sodas every once a while but other than that, sodas are not good for you and I am so glad that I cut sodas out of my life. I don't care to drink sodas anymore!! 

If I have any advice about working out or eating and drinking healthier, what is my advice? Why would I give that advice?

If I have any advice about working out or eating and drinking healthier, what is my advice? My advice is find a workout that fits you personally. Find something that you can handle and that isn't too hard. If you get discouraged about working out, don't get discouraged. It's okay! Just take it a day at a time because you can do it! Never give up! It is going to be hard at first, but don't give up! My advice about eating and drinking healthier is if you are lacking fruits and vegetables, add some fruits and vegetables to your diet! Another advice that I would like to give out for eating and drinking healthier is proportion how much you eat? You want to proportion how much you eat because you don't want to eat a lot. Just be careful how much you eat! Why would I give that advice? The reason why I give that advice is because I want what is best for my Blogger Dreamers. It is okay to have a cheat day every once a while because it is a cheat day! Don't over exercise a lot. Don't make yourself tired and always stay hydrated while working out as well because you don't want to be dehydrated!  That's not good for you! Always stay hydrated and always drink water while you are working out! Water is good for you! 

In conclusion/ Tip of the day/ Question of the day?

In conclusion, don't workout yourself way too hard because if you do that, you might pull a muscle and that won't be good. Don't give up on your diet or your workout! Never give up! I know it might be hard at first, but I know that you can do it! Don't quit! You got this! I believe in you 300%. Just take it a day at a time! Never give up! Once you get into a routine of working out, you will be okay and you are going to do great! Here is my tip and question of the day?!  My tip of the day is never ever give up on your workout routine because if you give up on your routine just like that, then you are not going to find a workout routine that would fit you perfectly! Everyone has a workout routine that won't fit everyone perfectly. Don't give up! Loosing weight might be hard but it's not impossible if you believe that it is impossible to do. Always believe that you can do it and it is going to be hard but you can do it! 


I love this woman a lot! She goes by MadFit on YouTube and I love here videos a lot. If you were born in the 90's or you used to listen to these songs in the 90's, this workout is perfect for you! I love this workout a lot.
